Staff members at the ticket collection and on the gate are pretty rude. Not sure if it was because It was busy or what. Didn’t like that though”

“I rarely leave bad reviews but had a horrible experience with H&P Travel who ran this tour. 1. These people are scammers. We accidentally double booked (paid twice), which the staff knew but chose to not tell us until we arrived. When we tried to get a refund for one of the bookings - the lady who 'welcomed' us said to tell the captain, the captain told us to talk to the staff at the counter, the counter staff told us to submit it online and the office in Naples will 'handle it'. I asked if we'd get our money back and the staff assured us that it will be…”
