The night before our scheduled flight, I received a text basically saying good luck getting here. I asked about the transportation I bought and the employee said WE ARE FULL. I had to buy an Uber for an hour drive to the sight and was not reimbursed. No apology, no reimbursement, nada. I would choose another company next time, plenty to choose from.”
