“We had a great experience on this tour. While starting at 6am was tough, it was worth it to beat the heat, the crowds, and the massive amount of hustling vendors at the site. The private cenote was a neat experience and so refreshing after the heat, and the meal was excellent. Unfortunately, we weren't able to tour Izamal due to heavy rains, but our guide still drove us around the city to discuss the key sites. Our only complaint was that the tour was significantly longer than advertised, about 11.5 hours instead of 10. We would still have taken the tour, but would appreciate transparency on what to expect…”

“Hacienda & Cenote Mucuyché was our first choice, but it was sold out, so we ended up visiting Cenote Santa Bárbara instead. We paid $250 USD for two people, and while the cenotes were absolutely beautiful, there were a few things to note. There was no guide available, and credit cards were only accepted at check-in and the restaurant—not for anything else on-site. Also, little to no English was spoken, which made communication a bit tricky. Despite that, the staff was kind, and the experience was still memorable. Overall, a great visit, but something to keep in mind for future travelers!”
