The private cenote was a neat experience and so refreshing after the heat, and the meal was excellent. Unfortunately, we weren't able to tour Izamal due to heavy rains, but our guide still drove us around the city to discuss the key sites. Our only complaint was that the tour was significantly longer than advertised, about 11.5 hours instead of 10. We would still have taken the tour, but would appreciate transparency on what to expect…”
