He made sure that our equipment was well fitted for snorkeling and pointed out all of the interesting wildlife and plant life native to the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our private excursion into the underground river and Carlos' jokes made it feel that much more relaxed and enjoyable. Eating lunch in a remote private grass hut and having a chance to visit personally with our guide was the perfect ending.”
