Review of Tulum’s private Tankah cenote tour with zip-lines, canoes, cliff jumps, Mayan lunch, transport, and practical booking tips.

“An amazing experience. Our guide Hugo was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The cenotes were beautiful and warm to swim in. The zip lines were fun and very safe. And to top it all off the home cooked meal at the end was soooo good. I would 10/10 recommend this tour. Plus paying extra for the private tour was well worth it.”

Review of Tulum’s snorkeling and private cenote tour, with Caribbean fish, cave swimming, lunch, transport, costs, tips, and honest drawbacks.

“Carlos was the most personable and friendly guide and made our day very special. He made sure that our equipment was well fitted for snorkeling and pointed out all of the interesting wildlife and plant life native to the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our private excursion into the underground river and Carlos' jokes made it feel that much more relaxed and enjoyable. Eating lunch in a remote private grass hut and having a chance to visit personally with our guide was the perfect ending.”

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 180 reviews · 9 hours (approx.) · from $270

Review of a private Chichen Itza and cenote tour from Tulum, with early access, lunch, transport, guide tips, costs, and practical advice.

“We decided to pay extra for a private tour rather than the tour which does multiple hotel pick ups. This saved us about 3 hours of travelling on the day because we were not having to pick up/drop off anyone else and we were able to go in a private air conditioned car directly to the sites and use the toll roads. They do tell you in the description that the toll road is an extra cost (340 pesos each way at the time of writing) but this saves about 40 minutes each way to Chichen Itza. We felt the cost of the private tour was worth it for the…”
